Hoy descubrí que Amarok 2 te deja tocar emisoras personales de Last.fm directamente. Para configurarlo sólo vas a:

Settings -> Configure Amarok -> Internet Services -> Last.fm ServiceSettings -> Configure Amarok -> Internet Services -> Last.fm Service

Después solo vas a Internet y Last.fm para escoger tu emisora personal:
